What your GOEEN warranty covers, in plain words

Warranty documents are written to be legally exact rather than readable. Here is the same thing in the words you would use.

The battery

The lithium pack is covered for 3 years or 36,000 km — whichever you reach first. That is the expensive part of an electric scooter, and it is the one with the longest cover for that reason.

Everything else

Motor, controller, chassis, charger and tyres are covered for a year from purchase.

The free extra year

Register your warranty online — it takes about five minutes — and the motor, controller and chassis get a second year at no cost. It is genuinely free, and the only reason not to do it is forgetting.

When something goes wrong

Tell your authorised dealer. They check it and log the complaint with GOEEN, which is what puts it in the system rather than leaving it as a conversation. You can also raise it through the Support page, or by phone or WhatsApp. Parts not held locally usually arrive within a week.
