A GOEEN E-bike is an eco-friendly electric scooter designed for convenient, cost-effective and sustainable transportation — integrating modern technology with attractive styling, built in West Bengal for Indian roads.

High-speed GOEEN models reach 65+ km/h — well suited to city commuting. Low-speed models are capped at 40 km/h and need no licence or registration.

Electric power eliminates tailpipe emissions and fuel expenses entirely. The ride is near-silent, and with no engine oil, clutch or carburettor, maintenance is far simpler and cheaper.

Electric scooters with motor power under 250W and a top speed of 25 km/h are excluded from RTO registration — no licence, no number plate, no paperwork. Higher-powered models require registration as per government guidelines; your dealer assists with the process at purchase.

A full charge typically takes 4–6 hours from any normal home socket using the supplied smart charger. No special charging infrastructure is needed.

Avoid completely draining the battery, and keep it charged between 20–80% for optimal performance and longevity. Always use the original charger, and charge in a dry, ventilated space. See the Battery Care Guide for the full guidelines.

Yes. The motor, controller and chassis carry a 4-year warranty — 1 + 1 + 2 years: 1 year standard, 1 more year free when you register your warranty online within 90 days, and 2 years extended. The lithium battery is covered for 3 years (or 36,000 km); the charger and tyres for 1 year. Full terms are on the Warranty Policy page.

Yes — spare parts are available through a growing network of authorised dealerships and service centres across India, with delivery typically within a week for any part not in local stock.

Report the issue to your authorised dealer — they verify it and lock the complaint with GOEEN for resolution. You can also use the online Support page, or call +91-9147102945 / WhatsApp +91-8420297103.

GOEEN E-bikes are water-resistant and handle rain and splashes fine. Avoid riding through deep standing water or submerging any part of the scooter — water ingress through misuse is not covered under warranty.

GOEEN models are designed for urban commuting on paved roads. They handle broken tarmac and rough patches well, but sustained off-road use falls outside the intended purpose and can void warranty coverage.

Open the Test Ride page, pick a model, choose your nearest dealer, and select a time that suits you. The dealer calls or WhatsApps you to confirm. The ride is free — just come and try it.

The Dealer Locator shows every authorised dealer near you, sorted by state and district — with address, phone number, working hours and the services each one offers.
