Your GOEEN reaches you through our authorised dealer network — here is how delivery, timelines, and handover work.

The short version

  1. Delivered by your dealer

    Every GOEEN is prepared, checked, and handed over by an authorised dealer — not shipped as a parcel.

  2. In-stock in 3–7 days

    If your model and colour are in stock, delivery typically happens within 3–7 days of full payment.

  3. Keep documents ready

    A valid ID, address proof, and your invoice are needed at handover for a smooth delivery.

  4. Report issues within 48 hours

    Any transit damage or missing item should be reported to the dealer within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery through authorised dealers

GOEEN electric scooters are not couriered like ordinary e-commerce parcels. Every vehicle is delivered through an authorised GOEEN dealer, who:

  • Performs a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) of the vehicle.
  • Charges the battery and checks all electricals.
  • Completes invoicing, and registration/insurance where applicable to the model.
  • Gives you a handover briefing — controls, charging practice, and service schedule.

Delivery areas and coordination

Deliveries are available in cities and towns served by our dealer network, which is growing across East India and beyond. When you book, we connect you to the nearest authorised dealer, who coordinates the delivery date, time, and location with you directly. Depending on distance and dealer practice, you may take delivery at the showroom or opt for doorstep delivery where the dealer offers it. If no dealer currently serves your area, we will tell you upfront and inform you when coverage opens up.

Expected timelines

  • In-stock model and colour: typically delivered within 3–7 days of full payment and document completion.
  • Not in stock: your dealer will confirm an expected timeline based on the next dispatch from the factory, and keep you updated if it changes.
  • Timelines may extend during festive-season demand, transport disruptions, or events beyond reasonable control; the dealer will communicate any delay.

Documents required at delivery

Please keep the following ready at the time of handover:

  • A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, passport, or voter ID).
  • Address proof, if different from your ID.
  • Your booking confirmation and payment receipt / invoice.
  • For high-speed (registered) models: documents required for RTO registration and insurance, as advised by your dealer.

Delivery charges

Showroom pickup is generally free. Doorstep delivery charges, where offered, vary by dealer and distance, and are informed to you before you confirm the delivery. Any transportation, handling, or temporary-permit charges applicable to your location are itemised on the dealer's invoice — there are no hidden delivery fees.

Reporting damage or issues

Please inspect your scooter carefully at handover — body panels, lights, display, charger, toolkit, and documents.

  • Report any transit damage, missing accessory, or functional issue to your dealer within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible.
  • Issues reported within this window are resolved by the dealer on priority — repair, part replacement, or vehicle replacement as appropriate.
  • Issues reported later are handled under the standard warranty process, where applicable.
